3. Offers and Contract Conclusion
Information on this website is generally for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. A contract is only concluded once an inquiry, booking or service has been expressly confirmed by us.
4. Services
The type and scope of the services are determined by the individual agreement, quotation, booking confirmation or service description on the website.
5. Prices and Payment
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in CHF.
- Prices listed on the website are non-binding unless they are explicitly designated as binding.
- Payment terms, deadlines and any advance payments are defined in the respective quotation or invoice.
6. Dates, Bookings and Cooperation
- Booked dates are only considered binding after written confirmation.
- The customer is obliged to provide all information required for the service in a complete and timely manner.
- For events, bookings or productions, additional technical, organizational or safety-related requirements may be agreed upon.
7. Withdrawal / Cancellation
Cancelled or postponed services may result in costs depending on the timing and work already performed. The individual agreement shall prevail. If nothing specific has been agreed, work already carried out may be invoiced.
8. Liability
We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages and loss of profit is excluded to the extent legally permitted.
9. Content and Rights
All content, designs, texts, images, logos, music, event and platform content remain – unless otherwise agreed – the property of or under the rights of EatMyShorts Records / DJSwiss or the respective rights holders.
10. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the separate privacy policy.
11. Applicable Law / Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the responsible entity.
12. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
